Cobblers Lofts, a six-story building constructed in 1916 and former warehouse converted into delightful urban lofts, is located in the vibrant Brewer's Hill neighborhood of Milwaukee. With 56 units, this building offers a blend of historic charm and contemporary convenience. The structure's brick façade and symmetrical design reflect its industrial past, while the interior spaces have been thoughtfully updated to meet modern living standards.

Association Fees: General assessment dues are to be paid MONTHLY - to view your ledger you can log into your Rent Cafe account
